Founded in 1954, it forms an integral part of the Setec International Group. The company is successor to Hidrobrasileira S/A., and during its success path the company built up solid experience in the areas of transport, sanitation, energy, water resources, urban planning and constructions,

With headquarters in São Paulo and a branch office in Fortaleza to provide attention to the clients in the north/northeastern region, the company attends both public and private entities, acting in all stages of an undertaking, like: planning, feasibility studies, environmental studies, basic designs, detailed designs, management, support to obtaining financing, supervision and inspection of works, proprietary engineering, implementation certifications, diligence, risk analyses, commissioning, etc..
